1. Acceptance

By using GenieConverter you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

GenieConverter provides free and premium tools for working with PDFs, images, and other documents. Most tools run inside your browser (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to process files you do not own or have permission to modify (for example, unlocking a PDF you did not create or receive lawfully).
• Upload or process any content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or hateful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or wrap the service as your own without written permission.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Free and premium plans

Free plans have file-size and volume limits. Premium plans unlock higher limits and additional tools. Prices, features, and limits may change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the dashboard.

6. Intellectual property

The GenieConverter name, logo, interface, and code are our property. Files you process remain yours — we claim no rights over them.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate, fast, and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or that every conversion will be perfect for every use case. Always verify important output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenieConverter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
